Step-by-Step Steam Sterilization Instructions

Clean Instruments Thoroughly
Rinse and dry all instruments before placing them into the Enviropouch®.

Load the Pouch
Instruments should not overcrowd the Enviropouch®. Use appropriately sized Enviropouch® units for individual instruments or cassettes.

Seal the Pouch
Use a compatible steam indicator tape to close the Enviropouch® securely.

Autoclave as Usual
Enviropouch® performs under standard steam sterilization cycles. No adjustments needed.

Storage & Use
Sterilized Enviropouch® units stored per your normal protocol. Upon use, inspect the Enviropouch® for signs of wear and integrity the same as with disposables and wraps.

Reuse
After each cycle, inspect the Enviropouch®. Optionally mark usage if using tracking labels. Repeat — 200 to 250+ times.

Best Practices
Suggested guidelines and techniques for product use:
- Use standard autoclave indicator tape and internal monitor strips.
- Assign colors by role, class, or instrument type.
- Replace Enviropouch® that are punctured, torn, or show compromised integrity.
